I knew that would capture your attention. I had two pots on my stove today. In one I made my Home Brew iced tea. In the other I simmered some beautiful veggie stock.
First, the tea:
| I started with fresh ginger, thyme, cinnamon, whole cloves, cardamom and a little gun powder green and magnolia bark teas |
| Add water |
| And simmer for 40 minutes |
| I mixed it with various selections of teas I had in my cupboard |
| Poured through a strainer |
| Cooled |
| And refrigerated |
| Onion, parsnip, turnip carrot |
| Bring to boil |
| Then simmer for 40 minutes |
It was a lovely day for some side by side brewing.
