Fractions

Okay now, I appreciate all of the below (not very well) cut and pasted fanfare.  And I know it has been about 35 years since I studied fractions in school.  But how is 54.93 out of 60 miles complete?  Or has Nike begun to print words like "almost" or "close enough" on their "just do it" shirts?

???

54.93/60miles
