First Learn Balance

I have been "treating" myself way too much lately, ingesting a whole lot of processed vegan food.

So what am I doing here?  Am I putting a vegan label on myself like these products?  Or do I indeed wish to make myself healthier though a plant strong diet?  Let me think about that as I explore just what the hell is in is in this vegan Earth's Balance.
