Color By Numbers

It has been 2 months since I have gone completely vegan.  My total cholesterol has gone from 257 to 219.  That is a decrease of 38 points.  It is my belief that if I continue to improve my diet and athletic activity, then my total cholesterol will be below 200 at my next appointment in May.

Today's AMPPW (morning post pee weight) was 128.  And I am oh so very day 1.
