At a Loss, YES!

Not everything I do here is going yield a weekly weight loss.  That's not the goal.  I am not designing a weight loss program.  This is about a much bigger picture, my health.  If I am rewarded with a weight loss, then the outcome is proof of my chosen lifestyle.  I am indeed down to pounds this week, and of course, I am very happy with that.

A "diet" is not successful if it solely allows you to lose weight, but not maintain it.  Living life with checks and balances keeps me nourished, clear, my energy flowing, and of course . . . rocking' it.

Wednesday, January 1

•Whole wheat pita w/pesto, baby spinach, portabello, red pepper, roasted zucchini.  And a salad
