•According to Endomondo, I have covered 288 miles.  If I travel due east from my apartment, that places me very close to Buchanan State Forest in Pennsylvania.
•I would like for you to meet my new best friend.  It's Suzie's Whole Grain Thin Cakes: corn, quinoa, sesame.
•I saw fireworks tonight when I treated myself to a Mother Earth slice from Cafe Viva Herbal Pizza: soy meatballs, mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli, sautéed onions, mild sauce.
