I just oven roasted these gorgeous potatoes with grape tomatoes in homemade veggie broth.  They came out soooo good.

    Truthfully Izy...I don't use recipes. I don't measure nor count when I cook. I literally throw good ingredients together. But I will be descriptive as I can. And you can pin whatever you wish.
