A Few Things About This Past Week . . .

  • I'm totally pre-menstrual
  • I have not trained since last week
  • Again, I'm not designing a weight loss program here.  I'm just an honest vegan, who is documenting her progress.

•Potato Chips
•Hummus sandwich on EZ toast

Friday, January 3
•Smoothie=Tumeric Elixir base, kale & strawberry, green powder blend (wheat grass, hemp, matcha, flax)
•(3) EZ toast w/hummus, lettuce, tomato & pickled beets
