Breathe In the Color Yellow

This gift was given to me this evening by Deepak Chopra and Adam Plack, by way of my Cool Down playlist, following my 2.5 mile sunset run.

Now move your attention
easily
to the area above your navel,
and envision the color yellow.

This is the solar plexus chakra
or 
Manipura,
the place of the shining gem.

This third energy center
governs your ability to digest
your life

When the fire of the
solar plexus chakra is burning brightly
you feel empowered and confident
in your ability to manifest 
your evolutionary intentions
in the world.

When blocked
this chakra creates feelings of
frustration and hostility,
along with digestive distress.

The third chakra governs
the gallbladder, the stomach, and spleen,
and relates to the sense of sight.

Breathe in the color yellow
and let go of your frustration,
hostility, and feelings of aggression,
trusting that you have the personal power
to fulfill your needs.

Feel your internal fire
transforming negative traits
into life supporting opportunities.

Remember that evolution progresses through
flexibility,
and least effort.
