Last night I whipped up my own tofu and broccoli in black bean sauce.  It was so easy to make and is absolutely delicious.  Today I finished reading "My Beef With Meat," by Rip Esselstyn.  It's an excellent book and I highly recommend it.  There will be more next about my new doctor search.
